Sender
A real estate agent registered by the agency. Sends a link to the property listing on Vísir and the photos. Receives status updates by email.
Reviewer
A member of the agency’s team. Reviews the draft, edits the text and approves or rejects the post.
OT AI
Operates the service and provides support. The system publishes only posts you have approved.
You approve each post
The system publishes only posts you have approved. Opening a link in an email does not publish anything. Approval is a separate step.
Your text
The property description from Vísir is copied word for word into the draft. You can edit the text before publishing.
Your Facebook Page and Instagram account
Posts are published on your agency’s Facebook Page and Instagram account. You can disconnect the service at any time in Meta Business Manager.
Your data
- We store the data needed to provide the service: the email and photos, property details and description, post status and your staff directory.
- We do not sell data.
- Each customer can access only their own data.
Retention periods and service providers are listed in the privacy policy.
